Cellular Systems (Private) Limited was formed in February 1996 to develop communications technology, initially with the distribution of cellular telephones, related accessories, the selling of airtime on behalf of two of the major cellular network operators in Zimbabwe.
Cellular Systems (Private) Limited changed its name to Celsys Limited “Celsys” in November 2001 and was listed on the ZSE, (Zimbabwe Stock Exchange) in April, 2003. read more
